We are having problems with our new air conditioning system. The technician who came out was prompt and very professional. He kept us informed on what was happening. He fixed our problem and advised us on what would happen next. No have always been happy with the service from Petro
Lost hot water mid-day. Technician was dispatched and arrived in under two hours, was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the repair quickly. He also noticed we were due for our annual tune up and did that as well while here to save us having another visit. Thank you!

Great service, very nice and polite and competent service men
They were supposed to come to replace the tank delivery whistle. When I called to confirm the time the service technician was to arrive the young lady that I spoke with (very sorry I did not get her name) asked if it would be okay to have the technician do the yearly cleaning at the same time, because there was the availability of time to do both in one visit.
