The entire Team excelled in communication and problem resolution. Victoria from the Chelsea office would not rest until she followed up in every issue with my situation. The service Technicians Ed and Victor were completely dedicated to making sure I was taken care of and worked into the late night to make sure I was left in a safe state. We had a great experience with Petro. The work was done well and efficiently. We've had HVAC installed with mini-splits, plumbing, electrical as well as burner service and oil heat deliveries. Petro's estimate was about the same as the other estimate we obtained for the work.
