The lady who picked up the phone was very courteous and pleasant. The Technician Mike arrived to my home on time. He greeted me, some of the things people take lightly but they mean a lot to customers. Mike went above and beyond to change the air vent and smoke detector for me when i requested him. He could have easily just said no but he chose to help. He explained to me the process. He brought to my attention the hot water tank leak that i was not even aware of. Had some issues with what we thought was the boiler not working but turned out to be problems with the thermostat.

The entire Team excelled in communication and problem resolution. Victoria from the Chelsea office would not rest until she followed up in every issue with my situation. The service Technicians Ed and Victor were completely dedicated to making sure I was taken care of and worked into the late night to make sure I was left in a safe state.
