Tech came in observed what needed to be done fixed my problem immediately. I told him had appointment for Friday to have boiler cleaned he said no worries he would take care of it now while he’s there already. The tech was a gentleman and my family couldn’t be happier. The serviceman was very knowledgeable of the issue and fixed it promptly and efficiently. He also wore a mask and maintained social distancing as much as possible.
I ordered AC filters that came in damaged during shipping. I contacted. Petro and spoke to Michelle Peres who Immediately apologized and contacted the Petro Deot who ordered the filters. I then received a call from Kim Carney also apologizing and she arranged to have Petro pick them up this week and reorder new ones.
