I called to service air conditioner the first time the tech couldn’t get in the area to change filter . But when I called they were sending another tech who I believe did the job. The office is efficient and provides the customer with assistance . Thank you for doing a professional job !

I had my annual burner service on Thursday. On Friday, I had no hot water. Very disappointed. The young man who serviced it on Thursday reappeared on Friday. He had put an additive into the tank on Thursday that was intended to clean the tank. Apparently it worked too well and clogged my oil line (too much sludge). The technician was very honest and very good in explaining the problem in my boiler. He fixed the problem in a timely manner.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the service call and took all steps to correct the problem and made a recommendation for an upgrade. A very good experience and got our unit up and running after the diagnostic evaluation. Excellent experience!!!
