The technician did not have the part. Went out to get it but could not find it. Coming back today with hopefully the required part.

I would give no stars if I could. Petro gives a free service agreement to new customers. I agreed. Why would anyone pay high prices for oil and agree to pay $200 for a service agreement? No one would. After a year I cancelled. They called me and begged me to come back, once again offering me a free service agreement. I agreed. This went on for another couple of years. Arrived like that said.On time.Called on a Sunday evening 7:30.Emergency hot water tank leak.Gave us a window time 10:35pm till 1:35am..Arrived around 10:25 with an email notification and exact time and location of driver eta.

Did not have to wait long for service even though the girl told me it would be from 8 pm to 2 am for the service call. Technician came, knew what the problem was, fixed it and left

4th visit from a tech for the the same problem the boiler is working well. He checked the system complete found nothing wrong again!!!!!!!!!!
