I’ve asked numerous times to be contacted before a oil delivery was to be made. The last 3 deliveries made were made with no phone call prior. This type of service is unacceptable as I have dogs that I need to worry about.
My bill is over $1000 for a fill. No one calls or sends you mail like they say they do when your contact with price lock is about to be up…Petro came to my home 12/6 to do an alleged fill. 1/12 while on vacation I get an alert from my thermostat that my temp is “56 degrees maybe a foot or window is open”. I harassed my family to go to my home to check. 1/13 I get another alert that my temp is at 40!!! The high in NYC that day going to only 14 degrees. We specifically called and told petro not to deliver oil till January 10 and they of course did any way while we were away which put our home in jeopardy due to the oil delivery often causes a disruption in heating, which leads to burst pipes flooding and other damage …poorly run business as when we called to complain they said we see your note but delivered anyway cause we were in the area……poor upper business management
Dishonest, over charging my mom when she is in the hospital and won't let us cancel her contract or adjust the price (over $4.00 per gallon)!

We are longtime customers who have been without heat for two days. And this after three service calls since September! Now we’re told that our service window is between 1:00 and 6:00 pm. I can only hope that it’s in time for you to get any needed part (e.g., the control panel) before the parts store closes.

The service man came but he wasn’t able to fixed my boiler he was not familiar with the high efficiency boiler he said he will send someone else today between 8 and 12 it is 1 pm but they aren’t here yet
