I recently had to replace my furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger in a 4 year furnace andI am unhappy with how Petro had handled the matter. A year ago when I bought the home, I was having issues with getting heat into the master bedroom as well as other rooms in the house. I have a 1500 sq ft home so this shouldn’t be an issue. Filled my tank AFTER I already cancelled service

Not good communication
It took 4 service calls and forever to get someone on the phone. Had no heat in the winter and Petro was not there to help. I had a child in the house but it took them 20 hours to come and look at it. But 4 times to fix it

My heat hasn’t Been working for over a week. There have been 4 service techs here so far. I have 3 children here, my 2 year old is at risk of cold. She’s freezing. It was 27 degrees on Monday at 5am. No tech came until 9:30 and today, Wednesday , the heat is off again. This is after paying a $2000 Bill to fill my tank. I have pictures and video of my kids cold. This needs to be resolved immediately or I’ll be going to the press.
