STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! I should have learned to stay away this summer when my a/c burnt out, and when I removed the a/c saw the 1/2 inch of dust on the coil, that service techs did not clean or let me know was there when they serviced my central air unit two years in a row. Or when the tech checked for leaks and completely missed one and stained my ceiling. This year when I locked in my oil rate with Petro, I was told I won't be charged more than $2.799 per gallon for oil and if prices drop I'd get the lower rate. When... read more

I called at 8pm A tech didn't show tell after am after a number of calls I even told them I had a 1 say old baby in the house

Did not properly explained the unit to me . Everything was rushed . Honestly, my old unit of 20 years was heating the home better then the new one . I believe they either a small unit in my home . Bottom line . My home was more warmer then it is right now after spending $4600.00

Tech didn’t have knowledge of work
Had no heat. Diagnosed in 15 minutes. Got heat.
Petro was there the day before Installing a part that would make everything work better Next morning no heat and hot water After waiting to get thru I'm told. I have to wait for u to send a tech put to fix a problem you created Waited over 5 hrs for someone to show.. still dont know of its working
