Called upon finding that 0il burner in my rental house was leaking oil on floor. Recognizing an emergency, Petro promised to send technician out to house even though it was late. This is what I love about Petro - they live up to their promises. Tech arrived, confirmed/replaced corroded nozzle and tube, and had burner working beautifully. Also, want to point out tech was very meticulous, focused, and thorough in his approach to the situation. Kudos to a great company from very satisfied customer!

As you may know I have been a customer of Petro for over 50 years. Never changed. For the first time it took a while trying to reach you by phone, (thought because of the Covid) other than that the service was very good. The service man that came in the evening was very polite and explained everything that he was doing and took care of the matter.
