Petro mechanic Kevin #454 is very knowledgeable, friendly and has excellent customer service. Kevin was able to identify and fixed my boiler within minutes. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything works and explained to me in details about the boiler and what he was doing. Thank you Kevin! You are a tremendous asset to Petro and customers.
Great! The guys were friendly and efficient.
Technician arrived earlier than expected and promptly took care of the boiler. Heat/hot water restored! He even took care of the routine tuneup because the previously scheduled technician had failed to show up. Grateful for the care he took in his job.
