The women on the phone are the worst.! I'd rather talk to Cablevision than Petro
Failure of this company to communicate in a straightforward manner. Billing for charges without permission. Careless and wastes my time.
Customer service was rude and mean and accused me of getting oil elsewhere. I did not get oil elsewhere. Oil is expensive and I spent many cold nights using minimal oil. Unacceptable being called and accused of something I didn’t do. I had the annual tune up. Nothing was done yet the technician said he did the tune up. When my burner didn’t work I had a service technician come. He said it didnt work because I didnt have the routine tune up done. I told him I did have it done and he said I was lying. Petro is amazing they come whenever you need them. The contracts are so fair I love it all. The service men are so polite and so helpful. Everything is awesome. I would recommend them to anybody. The only thing I can say negative is that when my oil tank was leaking they referred me to a company that wanted to charge me $6000 to clean everything up. first of all, the fact that Petro Home Services has consistently charged at least one dollar or more per gallon on home heating oil is concerning. This is a significant difference in price compared to other suppliers in the market, which can add up to substantial extra costs over time. This pricing strategy seems exploitative and unfair to customers. Not very happy with the service. Super expensive, they come to your house without notifying and then you find a very large bill for oil without expecting it. They also charge you a big penalty if you want to cancel service before the end of the period.
