Finally you guys figured out what was wrong with my ductless system ! Flanders heating and air sold me and installed the system and when the system kept falling and a couple of thousands dollars later they still didn’t get it working correctly. The problem was the couplings on the copper lines , they were fabricated wrong and failed So thanks to petro for sending technician Who took the time to figure it out . Kudos ! S Miller

Technician arrived 3 1/2 hr after the latest time they were to arrive. You obviously overbooked and my whole day was wasted waiting.
Lost heat but had a tech call ASAP.
Communication is very important. Phone calls informing of eta. What is actually going on when servicing
Now we don’t have hot water
i spoke to the dispatch and said we have no water - the dispatch said we need to use Petro or it would be a violation of contract - when the tech got there about 4 hours later - now time wasted - he took one look and said you need to call a plumber. should have been known in the beginning. i said i have no water.
3 different technicians came to the house to fix a leak in my central air unit and all 3 said something different. After the first technician, who cleaned out the pump, my basement flooded again. The second technician came the next day, opened the unit and found a pool of water that was not vacuumed out by the first guy. He said we should have no problems. Water was still seeping out into my basement further damaging my floor. The third technician came, and said that the drain pan has a hole but it can't be fixed. All in a... read more
