3 different technicians came to the house to fix a leak in my central air unit and all 3 said something different. After the first technician, who cleaned out the pump, my basement flooded again. The second technician came the next day, opened the unit and found a pool of water that was not vacuumed out by the first guy. He said we should have no problems. From reporting the issue, to the service representative showing up promptly, Petro is on point. I've been a SLOMIN'S customer for over 10 years & they do not measure up to Petro. Any SLOMIN'S customer reading this, don't even waste another day, switch to Petro, you won't regret it

On Sunday, December 22, the top gasket on the circulator developed a leak which allowed water to drip down & into the electrical box & caused a short circuit. We called for emergency service & were put on a waiting list for emergency repair, with a window of six hours (a long wait). A Petro mechanic arrived at 9:00 PM (5 1/2 hours after the initial call). Not happy no heat after service. Took four hours to come back and I missed appointments I had.
Techs showing within time frame, and not showing when it’s convenient for them. Not lying stating that they showed up and nobody was home when they don’t bother knocking on your door. Better and clear communication between employees answering phone calls, dispatchers, techs and US the customers. Training supervisor on people’s skills.
This is the 4 th time we ran out of fuel I was told by 2 people I would be fillled up today and that didn’t happen again
