They came an hour ahead of the scheduled time when no one was at the house; we had to reschedule it for the evening between 7:30pm to 10:30pm, at 11:30 pm we find out that the company rescheduled it on their own accord for the following day now my pregnant wife and I are home with no heat or hot water.
My A/C broke down(on very HOT day. called at 8:10 am, PETRO truck pull in at 1105 am. left the house at 3:00pm All the parts that were needed--on the truck GOOD JOB

Well here we go again . 5 months later and Petro still has a problem with appointments and showing up on time. Appointment was to be between 3-5 and I get a call at 4:30 that the technician is running late. Now I call to cancel and the tech shows up in front of my house at 5:53. You have got to be kidding me. Run from this company. .🤦🏻♀️

I called after hours when i realized there was heat but no air conditioning. I have a furnace service contract. i told your agent who answered the phone I had such a contract, the heater and air unit were both together as one and please send somebody. The service man came and turned our Nest Thermostats to air condition and that fixed the problem. I just did not know how to do that and didnt know I needed to do it. Vin solved a problem we’ve had with our hot water for a few years and found a temporary solution for a long term problem with our heat. He’s ordering a part that may be the permanent solution; if not, he said they will rework the plumbing at their expense. That’s customer service!

Horrible service. Have been to my home 3 times in a week. The first time waited 6 hours. Problem not fixed. Today waited 7 hours. Came and still not fixed. Told to wait 4 hours, till midnight.
Not happy I’m hopeful I will get a delivery tonight.I have the app for oil consumption and I still ran out of oil. Three years in a row.
10 hours to wait for a service person is ridiculous, especially when I was told he would be there in 3-5 hours. I could have kept my doctors appointment if I had known it would be so unacceptably long.
