I had heat in two of the four zones in my home even thought the two thermostats were set on off. Andrew came on Sunday evening and replaced one valve. I think that is what it's called. Monday morning I called because I still had heat in one zone. Brian responded and said he could not find anything wrong. Tuesday morning there was heat in the one zone. This morning (Wednesday) there was no heat coming through. Problem solved? You have an excellent responsive service department. Thank you.
