Repair tech arrived 15-20 min after my call. Spotted the problem and priced the part very quickly, got it installed and also performed the annual tune-up and cleaning. I give great marks for all this. Not real happy with excessive cost of part, even with 15% discount.

Technician arrived less than 1 hour after calling Petro to report a non working boiler. Much quicker response than expected. Problem was quickly determined and necessary component replaced. In short order boiler was up and running. Very professional technician. Great service.
