The service technician was great. He listened to my explanation of what prompted my request for service, then methodically diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the needed replacement pump on the truck so he will have to come back for installation. But I’m very happy with the service.

Tech was friendly and knowledgeable
The serviceman worked on the hot water heater and while doing so, he offered several possible causes for our problems. He gave us several helpful suggestions on what to do next.
We had no heat and no hot water. Bryan came in from Petro and he was excellent. Hardly 2 minutes had passed and he had diagnosed the problem, found a solution and before we knew it we were up and running again. At every stage Bryan kept us informed on the progress of the job.
