We took our newly adopted pup for a little extra love and attention with her grooming. She was definitely happy pup and excited to get started. Taylor was our groomer and communicated through the entire process.
Business response:
Welcome to the PetSuites Round Rock family, Yvette! We loved meeting your pup and being able to pamper her, we can't wait to see y'all again soon!
Took my Goldendoodle puppy here for his first full grooming and could not be more pleased. The facilities are clean, staff is friendly and helpful and my pup came back looking incredible. Taylor was our groomer and was fantastic. She texted me multiple updates to let me know how my puppy was doing, which I appreciated since it was his first groom. I will definitely return and recommend PetSuites and Taylor to anyone looking for a professional, clean, friendly experience.
Business response:
Thank you for the kind words Lindsay, we love hearing that Gus had a good experience. We can't wait to see you all again soon and pamper Gus!
I can't say a single bad thing about PetSuites, Round Rock, at 1401 Louis Henna Blvd., Round Rock, TX 78664. My cats mean the world to me. I've never had to drop them off somewhere until now. I had checked out many boarding places and I liked this place most. Though I always wish they're bigger, I liked the size of the cat condos, the ventilation, the light, the shade, the windows, music, and TVs. But still, I felt like a terrible person leaving my cats here. I was so worried about them. And I was having massive separation ... read more

Welcome to the PetSuites Round Rock family, Lynn! We loved being able to care for Oliver and Zelda! We understand that leaving your fur babies can be a stressful time and are glad that we could make that transition easier. We can't wait to see them again soon!
We left our baby here the other day when we took a trip to the zoo. (Funny... no pets allowed at the zoo... I guess it's so the tigers won't try to eat them?) Believe me it was hard to leave her here... but the place is spotless, the people are nice, they are meticulous about the shot records and knowing all they need to know to do a good job. She was here for 6 hours and it was only 35$! They spend time playing with your pet... there is grooming available, and training too. They are super nice and I have to say they real... read more

Thank you for your review, Brett! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We really love what we do and we can not thank you enough for sharing your baby with us. On behalf of all of our staff, thank you for trusting us as your preferred doggie daycare. We look forward to loving on her and spoiling her even more in the future and becoming a part of her pack.
Theo and Ellie absolutely love coming to petsuites. Theo has been coming in for daycare for over a year now and has made so many friends and truly has a connection with each person here!! WE LOVE PETSUITES
My dog Millie loves this place. They are really great with dogs and managing dog anxiety. Millie is so happy here. She is tired when we get home from playing with her doggy friends all day! The employees are beyond sweet and helpful too!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your kind review Bonnie! We always get so excited when Millie comes in to play and get pampered! She is always the first to greet everyone and seems to have a permanent smile on her face. We look forward to more playtimes with Millie soon! Thank you for choosing us as your preferred Doggie daycare and day spa.
PetSuites in Round Rock is awesome! My dogs get groomed there as well by Taylor. She is hands down the best groomer for both my 5 pound maltipoo and my 65 pound labradoodle! Boarding is just as amazing. The staff takes excellent care of my dogs and I don't worry about them while they are there because I know they are being taken care of!
Business response:
