RecommendedI am so happy with Petsuites Round Rock so far! I went in for a tour last week and they answered all of my (many) questions. I've never boarded my dog before and she is not notoriously good with other dogs so I was excited that they offer individual options for her. We dropped her off today for a dayplay trial run and she was very nervous with the other dogs but the staff made sure she still got love and playtime individually. For the price we paid we felt misled and nickel-and-dimed throughout the process: Our dogs weren't allowed to play with others so we had to pay MORE for individual play time. And we had to pay for each dog - but that didn't double the play time. 1 person just played with both? So why double the cost. For a daily update it's $6/dog/day - even though they share a room! I just wanted our dog’s nails trim …They were done two months ago , now they’re saying he needs extra shots … he’s not staying or associating with other dogs, just in and out…
