I wanted to review Pet Suites in Round Rock, TX to convey to the Yelp community my experience and convey what a great experience I had. I have a 7-year-old 100 pound arthritic Pit Bull who has never been around other dogs much. She is dog friendly and a true sweetheart of an animal. I arranged to have her stay the day and get involved in the group play. First time leaving our little boy Leo and the staff was super reassuring, they sent me photos, sent me updates and quickly would answer my text when I would check in on my Leo! Definitely will bring him back!

I wish I could give this place ten stars! The staff at Pet Suites are EXCEPTIONAL! From my first phone call with Ella I was offered so much information and she answered the billion questions I had (I am very protective with our two fur babies so I wanted to ensure we were sending them to the best Puppy Preschool). The staff is so loving and attentive to the pups and I can tell the pups love them too! My anxious and shy 80 pound two year-old is not great about separating from me, but once he is settled he has a great time at playgroup here. Everyone we have interacted with has been terrific, helpful, energetic, and most Importantly cares about the dogs. The facility is clean, modern, and believe it or not is doesn't smell like dog or disinfectant. The playgroup area is large and well supervised. My dog comes home tired and happy. I took my miniature poodle for a short stay while I was out of town. It was his first time boarding and away from home. He's only 11 months old. They did a great job with him. He was very happy to see me, but I could tell they had taken really good care of him. I wish they had a video cam option, but other than that, I would highly recommend them. I cannot day enough good things about petsuites! We take our 5 month old pup for puppy preschool so he gets a little extra love while we're at work. The staff here are tremendous. They go above and beyond and are always kind. They know our pup by name and are always so excited when we bring him in! Ollie also goes nuts when he knows he's going to petsuites. We've also boarded our pup twice and he gets baths whenever we ask for one. It's a one stop shop for a happy pup.

Called last night to inquire about boarding. Within minutes, Britt got us all registered over the phone. Paid a $25 deposit to hold a spot. Swung by today and dropped off our 100lbs Dogo for a FREE 5hr evaluation. They even gave us a report card when we left. Savannah gave us a tour of the facility. Everyone so far has been patient, knowledgeable and courteous. We'll be using them much more in the future.

We left our dog with Pet Suites for 7 days, as we were in between trips and needed a last minute option. HUGE mistake. When we checked him in, everything seemed great. We were told that the day after we checked him in, he would be evaluated to see if he worked well with the other dogs for playtime (as usual for dog boarding). So, with the idea that our dog was in good hands and that we would be getting a call the next day (which we were told we would) we left. I usually don't leave reviews but hoping this can reach some fellow anxious pet parents - I booked this place for my cat and two dogs very last minute , I looked at some of the reviews and was extremely nervous about leaving them here to say the least especially because one of my dogs walks on two legs and has special requirements .
