Theo and Ellie always have a great time at playday. The staff is super friendly and take great care of our pups. We've boarded the pups there too - they love it! Taylor the groomer does a great job with both my Goldendoodle and standard poodle! Ella, the host, is professional and knowledgeable. All of the hosts and pros eagerly greet the pups when they come in! Definitely coming back.

My dog Basil has been going to PetSuites Weekly since I began working at home in March 2020. I'm so glad I found this facility. I did a visit and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff, the indoor/outdoor play areas they were all outstanding. I also like the fact that they offer baths, nail clipping, etc. so I can get that done while she's a day camp. Basil enjoyed other day camp facilities, but she never showed the excitement she shows when I turn into the parking lot of PetSuites! She... read more

Where do I start? So back story - my partner and I (plus our fur baby, Kash, of course) have been a customer with PetSuites since March of 2020. We started out using the PetSuites in Houston but then relocated to Round Rock, which we are so very grateful of the convenience in locations. We literally love EVERYTHING about PetSuites. Not to mention, they made Kash feel like so loved and important on his birthday. This location specifically is amazing - we are always greeted upon entering, they make a true effort to remember & ... read more

This is such an awesome daycare. Their rates are superb and my dogs are always happy to go and they come home exhausted. I can just text to see if they have availability, and they get right back to me. The place is super clean and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend.

I have to echo the sentiment expressed in the other reviews for PetSuites Round Rock: the staff truly cares! Ella was so great about communicating with me through text and phone calls about how our cat, Leeloo, was doing throughout her stay. The staff was very open about showing us her living quarters and made sure to ask us if we had any special requests. Leeloo was in the suite (by the window as we had requested) right next to a sweet girl with a very similar name and a mix-up was made with their dry food (they coincide... read more

Well, they managed to wear out my 2 year old Siberian husky... I will just let this picture speak for itself.
