We liked to share our Bad Devastating experience we have with this boarding hotel (Pet Suits Hotel in Round Rock TX); we want to make sure you think about before you book this hotel for your pets. Very inexperienced new hires. Long wait lines to check in and out your pets. Unreasonable pricing for unprofessional business. Turn over rate is weekly. Management needs to get a handle on this. We waited for 8 minutes to be checked in while a service member was on phone.

Booking process was quick and simple, however pricing and facility "requirements" are not fully transparent. They require you to pay for a "silver" upgrade on the departure day. I was only told this when I called to ask questions. Not sure why they don't just adjust their base price to reflect the true/accurate nightly cost. My biggest complaint is that they did not accept the vaccination record provided for the Influenza vaccine. He took all my money kept canceling appointments and do anything didn’t help at all don’t recommend at all

Our dog “failed” the evaluation because another dog growled at her when they were playing. I was told she doesn’t understand when other dogs don’t want to play with her. This happened a couple of weeks ago and today she had an interview at Camp Bow Wow and passed. No issues at all. We even got to watch the entire process on the cameras in the lobby. Called over a week ago to get our dogs set up for a play date so we could use their boarding as it’s required for your dogs to visit prior. The lady I spoke too sure made sure to tell me what shots they all needed, checked our dates and told me when I had all the required shots to call back and get the dates set. I emailed them last week to verify shots to get which ones we didn’t have. Never heard back. Followed up today to be told they are booked up and require deposits.
