RecommendedAlthough I was familiar with hot tubs, I never had to take care of one. Salesman Ron at Pettis Pools took the time to explain it all very well. I purchased a softub last July and am very satisfied. I chose Pettis Pools because of location and reputation.
RecommendedPettis Pools did a fabulous job installing our pool. We were told they would start early October and they were able to start in September. We had nearly a month to enjoy the pool. Every crew ( digging crew, pool builders, electrician, liner installers, & guy who taught us how to run it(Andy) were all very professional, friendly and willing to explain everything...we ran into some major rocks underground. The spa service reach Dale is fantastic - 10f outside and our Maax Spa went down - Dale made sure the tub didn't freeze and went above and beyond to ensure our tub was back in service for the holidays
