Although I was familiar with hot tubs, I never had to take care of one. Salesman Ron at Pettis Pools took the time to explain it all very well. I purchased a softub last July and am very satisfied. I chose Pettis Pools because of location and reputation.
Pettis Pools did a fabulous job installing our pool. We were told they would start early October and they were able to start in September. We had nearly a month to enjoy the pool. Every crew ( digging crew, pool builders, electrician, liner installers, & guy who taught us how to run it(Andy) were all very professional, friendly and willing to explain everything...we ran into some major rocks underground. The spa service reach Dale is fantastic - 10f outside and our Maax Spa went down - Dale made sure the tub didn't freeze and went above and beyond to ensure our tub was back in service for the holidays
friendly knowledgeable staff, soft tub was delivered the next day, was set up under 30 minutes and we were using it that night
E. Rochester store has a great variety of pool supplies as well as outdoor patio furniture.
Highly recommend Pettis, customer service is outstanding, they have gone above & beyond in addressing our pool "issues", couldn't be happier!
I have been very impressed by the service provided by Pettis for my in ground pool. They have constantly gone above and beyond in the process of replacing our vinyl liner. If you enjoy top notch service, this is your pool place!
