RecommendedThe pump for our in ground pool was on its last legs. We took it to Pettis two weeks ago and the repaired it and back home we went. Got it all plugged in and "yep" it wasn't working again. Back to Pettis this past Sunday and went to the service and parts area. Don't know his name; younger and tall wearing a ball cap and clean shaven. Told me very politely that the pump is shot and that I need to purchase a new one. He priced it out just replacing the motor and labor; and gave me a credit for the work done 2 weeks ago. Just had a new liner put in my in ground pool by Tim and Jim what a pair of great guys! Couldn't be more pleased with their work! They got us up and running in no time. Would highly recommend them.
These guys are great to work with enjoyed every step of the process. After our inground pool is complete we also purchased a hot tub. Good stuff love these guys
I had a new liner installed by a proclaimed professional. The liner was cut and installed wrong from day one. After 6 months of arguing I gave up and lived with it for 3 years. When it failed I contacted Pettis and a couple other well known pool company's in the area to quote replacing the liner, lines, install a light and a loop loc cover.
