I was very pleased with the service I received at the Orland Park physicians immediate care. The receptionist was very nice and I had prompt service. The Doctor diagnosis me immediately and I was home within a hour. I recommend this facility.

Very Professional! Highly recommend this facility, went here and the staff is remarkable, from the Doctor on the floor to the nurses.. they are just awesome!! Went there and Jennifer and Britney attended to me and they are just the kindest people you'd ever meet and the Doctor dr. Chris he's really very good ... All of them are .. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Three tiered flat rates between $150-$350 depending on the severity of the illness, and if you go back on a follow-up visit, it is only $35 (not sure what the rates are if covered by insurance - probably your copay). Very personable, friendly, caring doctor and staff and nurses/assistants. Had to see a Dr. on a Sunday morning for a strong cough and general lethargy, our insurance suggested this Immediate Care facility. Upon our arrival our welcome was friendly and helpful, not a long wait either. Our nurse was thorough and kind, and our Dr. extremely thorough and concerned. Sure enough had Pneumonia, had an xray, a breathing treatment, prescription, and a CD with report for us to bring to our follow up appt. with Family Dr. A great first experience and would recommend highly.
This is a great facility. I came from out of town to visit my boyfriend and decided I wanted to stop taking the Ambien Id been taking for 2 years cold turkey-and subsequently became very ill. Nauseous, cold sweats, and panic attacks. And I am NOT a panicky person. With my doctors being out of town and while I felt like death-I knew it wasn't worthy of an "emergency" room visit. On Monday afternoon mt cat decided to use my face as a launch pad to get away from my dog leaving my with a nasty looking gash running from my lip to about 1/3 of the way up my cheek. My plan was to slather it in neosporin and then use some vitamin E oil to help prevent scarring. Then I went to work on Tuesday... This is a great place! I went here because this is where my insurance said to go and I was very happily surprised at how clean the facility was. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by very warm and welcoming staff. I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. The physician assistant that I saw was great! She was thorough and quick. She actually seemed like she cared about how I was feeling. I was out of there in under an hour. I will definitely be going back again when I get sick again!
I have had two occasions to use Physician Immediate care. Both experiences were excellent. I had two different thorough, pleasant, capable and patient doctors. The front end process was no worse that any regular doctor office visit, including insurance processing and mandatory paperwork.
