Don't ever go here if you have been in an accident and need an evaluation (as a walk-in) and be sure not to mention you hit your head. They won't take you or evaluate you, even for a simple physical. The receptionist at the front desk offered me a mint rather than having the doctor see me. I'll NEVER be back here.

I would have never wrote this review until receiving my billing statement. My visit was back in January which Dr Dudas attended to me. He started off with a very smug and rude comment asking why I was wearing a mask. Which I responded that I have two younger children at home one young infant that was yet to receive the second dose of their flu shot. He gave a smug look still after that answer. I never had a worse experience at an immediate care. I left paying over 150$ out of pocket and don't even know what doctor I was seen by. He told me a had an respiratory infection but I have no symptoms of that. He also wouldn't give me the antibiotics I asked for concerning the reason I was in there in the first place.

Came on a Thursday at 4pm. There was 1 person ahead of me according to the sign in screen only 1 person in the rooms. I waited over an hour for a simple physical and TB test. 2 people who came and in after me complained about the wait and one left. Do NOT come here if you can avoid it.

I am so sorry for the long wait during your visit to our clinic. We do try and see patients as quickly as possible, but sometimes the severity of a patient's injury takes longer than expected and pushes everything back. I selected to go here despite the distance, because of the raving reviews. I tried to do the whole signing in online through the link from here, but it said it was not available at the moment. So I went in the office and there were only 2 people ahead of me on that list. I saw the rest of the people that came in after me sign in like I did. About 5 minutes later the name in front of me got called and so I thought I would be in and out of there in half an hour. DO NOT believe the name. You'll experience will contradict it to the fullest! Over an hour and thirty minutes wait time and what I came in for what a measly issue. Avoid this place and save yourself a headache.
