I have had two occasions to use Physician Immediate care. Both experiences were excellent. I had two different thorough, pleasant, capable and patient doctors. The front end process was no worse that any regular doctor office visit, including insurance processing and mandatory paperwork. This is the best of the urgent care centers in the Palos/Orland area. No appointment is needed, and you can register on their website to say that you're coming (not necessary, but I usually do it anyway to save time). The doctors and nurses on their staff are both friendly and competent, unlike a number of urgent care centers I've been to. I've never had to wait for more than 15 minutes and it's usually a quick in and out.

Horrible service. the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. Made an appointment at 9:50 and still waiting for the doctor at 11. The doctors were kind but doesn't make up for the fact that I spent two hours there. Go somewhere else where appointments are a requirement not a suggestion.

I am a medical professional and have extensive experience in the field. However, Northwestern has hired a nurse practitioner at their Orland Park facility with a very sketchy medical background and shady intentions. Anyone considering Samantha P. for treatment please do a deep dive on her previous employers and legal courtroom activities. Beware.

Absolutely awful. Incompetent techs, worthless doctors who do not diagnose correctly, and a hostile and corrupt billing and support department designed to rip you off. Good luck getting anyone to speak to you. A truly disgusting excuse for a business that's supposed to care about patients.

Don't have your name be immediate care if you're gonna tell me it's a 3 hour wait! No one was up front for about 10-15 minutes. I would avoid this location at all costs

Got there at 7pm and was told they couldn't help. The doctor what home. What a waste. The open sign was on.

I very rarely leave reviews, but you can see consistent issue with other reviews. On on occasion we showed up for a sick visit during office hours and were told the doctor was leaving and couldn't see anyone. And on a different occasion, we had an appointment for a drug screen and showed up to a locked door. When the lady came out, she said they wouldn't be opening for the day because life happens. This alone is not acceptable for a business, but they couldn't at least send us a message that they weren't opening so we ... read more

I went to the clinic feeling very sick, they did the testing for covid, flu and strep throat, everything came back negative . Went to Walgreens for testing one more time, it turns out I have influenza B. Don't go there is a waste of time and money.
