This is the best of the urgent care centers in the Palos/Orland area. No appointment is needed, and you can register on their website to say that you're coming (not necessary, but I usually do it anyway to save time). The doctors and nurses on their staff are both friendly and competent, unlike a number of urgent care centers I've been to. I've never had to wait for more than 15 minutes and it's usually a quick in and out.
