I really want to like this place. It's in my neighborhood, it's brand new, and very clean. As other yelpers mentioned, there's hardly any wait time. That's where the 2 stars come from. Now for the bad... I went in with flu-like symptoms. Headache, day 3 of constant fever of 101 or higher, loss of appetite, body aches and cough. They swabbed my nose, and I tested negative for the flu. They said there's nothing they can do. They gave me an inhaler to help with the breathing, and a note for work. That was it. This place sucks. The staff is rude. No one was at the front counter almost the entire time. I got here an hour and fifteen minutes ago, I'm sitting in the examining room for 40 minutes now. This is ridiculous. There was one other person in front of me. Can't tell you about the care I received because I'm ready to walk out.

care was great except the rude customer care in the front! she was completely lost as to what was going on, her cell iphone was sitting right in front of her and she seemed to be more interested in texting rather than doing her job. seeing a cell phone automatically makes a patient not trust their medical office. im not coming back

While the doctors were friendly and great, the office needs work when it comes to the front desk people. A younger woman specifically was rude, had an enormous attitute, and surely did not know how to properly greet customers. I felt like she was lost, and in return I did not get the help I needed from her! This office needs people who know what they are doing in terms of transitioning patient care---fyi I am a nurse and this is not how you run a medical office.
