If anyone is thinking of going here, turn around! I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I was going in to see if I had a earache and bronchitis. First there was only myself and one other person in the waiting area and still for some reason, I had to wait a hour and a half. Once they finally saw me the nurse took my readings which was a fine experience. Than walks in the "physician assistant". A very very unkept older lady who seemed like she had no Idea what was going on. She literally took three minutes to look i... read more

Came in after a car accident. Filled out all the necessary paperwork. Everything went fine. Got a couple of x-rays done. It took me about 2-3 hours to get my checkup done and my x-rays. They only had one physician and the receptionist did my x-rays. Whatever. It was an okay visit. But what I'm mad about is that they didn't tell me that insurance doesn't cover automobile accidents until they sent a bill to my house of $700! When I called their corporate office they told me that there.was no way that the clinics know that insu... read more

So I walked into this clinic on a Monday at 4:30pm to get a drug test for pre-employment. It was completely dead and I was the only patient I could see. There were two ladies chatting behind the desk and it was clear I had interrupted their in-depth gossiping and I got the impression they did not want to be working due to an eye roll I received from one of them. Although pleasant and nice, I was told to come back the next day to better accommodate what was required by my employer (basic physical and drug test). So you mean t... read more

I took a fall and wanted to know if I needed to see a doctor. I called my Primary Care physician (once the office opened) and after 20 minutes on hold was told his next open appointment was not for days. I know emergency room visits are expensive and my insurance charges high co-pays/penalties if an ER visit doesn't result in hospitalization. So I called PIC and was told they could see me immediately with no appointment and they had an x-ray machine onsite to see if I had fractured any bones. I found the facility very clea... read more

If I could put 0 stars, I would!!!!!!!! My finger got red and swollen! I got scared and went here for help! 'Doctor' came and said NO WORD to me, she was just typing on her fancy iPad, finally she took a look, and asked me ''WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU DID YOUR MANICURE" , and after 10 questions from me, what is going on with my finger, is it infected, I was freaking out because she WOULDN'T TALK WITH ME! Than she told me to wait a minute, and she closed the door, and I heard her asking the girl in front MAKE SURE SHE GAVE YO... read more

I really want to like this place. It's in my neighborhood, it's brand new, and very clean. As other yelpers mentioned, there's hardly any wait time. That's where the 2 stars come from. Now for the bad... I went in with flu-like symptoms. Headache, day 3 of constant fever of 101 or higher, loss of appetite, body aches and cough. They swabbed my nose, and I tested negative for the flu. They said there's nothing they can do. They gave me an inhaler to help with the breathing, and a note for work. That was it. Next day I feel wo... read more

This place sucks. The staff is rude. No one was at the front counter almost the entire time. I got here an hour and fifteen minutes ago, I'm sitting in the examining room for 40 minutes now. This is ridiculous. There was one other person in front of me. Can't tell you about the care I received because I'm ready to walk out.
