My Experiense With This Location is Well Documented and will be presented upon official request: Me and My Family were supposed to be NOT Charged for Covid Test as promised, Insurance would take care of it!!!this was agreed before visit, BUT, today I found Out from My Insruance Provider that, Family of 4 was charged 380$ EACH for Hidden Doctor Visit which NEVER, Again Never was PRE-AGREED!!!All Necessary Official Letters and Documents and Text Messages Are well organised and Ready to Be Filed!!! I had an appointment at 1:59. Granted appointments run late and the office can be busy, but I was not admitted until an hour after my appointment. When I asked the receptionist politely how late they were running, she was rude and dismissive and did not give me a clear answer or even apologize for that matter. After over an hour I finally got in, and the service was not much better. Would not recommend this place at all, absolutely awful customer service.

Don't come here. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I would give less than a star. I was told my insurance would not be accepted despite being in network. So I HAD to pay out of pocket for my appointment. I was informed this when I checked in after arriving. I followed up with the billing dept who decided to process a claim to my insurance for the service after I called questioning why I was told this. They did not inform me of this because I would have requested my refund then. So now I have been double charged with no plans to refun... read more

I would normally give them a great review but after this week and today's call NO. I go in Sunday because I have pain. I get 3 different prescriptions. Get cultures and a urine sample sent out. I was told I may have a UTI. I left a little unsure but took the medicine. Today I recieve a call about my results. Apparently they were never tested. I'm asked to come back in. When I ask why and sound frustrated, I can clearly hear the lady on the other line get annoyed and get louder and say it's not the same physician here today. ... read more

I had some health issues and went there. Needless to say that they didn't solve my problem. It was a quick check up visit. I payed my co-payment and as I was thinking, that was it. A year and some after that they started sending me messages and sending me a letters that owed them money. Bottom line, find a better place for your health needs and for your money.

My aunt went here and saw Jamie Hitro. This woman almost killed my aunt by not reconciling her medication list. I would not recommend anyone to come here, as it will put your life in danger. I have contacted the administration and still have not heard back yet. I will be filing a report with the licensing board. She should NEVER practice medicine again! Do. Not. Come. Here.

Girl at the front desk was obviously not happy to be at work. Annoyed if I had any questions, responded sarcastically and made sure to sigh deeply between each response. I literally had one question for her, and it was an answer she expected me to know without asking. A- your job is not that difficult B- you have a job C- be grateful It's a shame that this was the location closest to me. Gonna waste more gas next time!

There is a specific area on their website that says, "avoid the line, reserve a time." However after I reserved my time and arrived at the 'clinic' I was told the wait was about an hour. Does this make sense? This will be my last time, Ive been before a few times but this is the last.

I am very sorry for your long wait, Jordan. We do try to get patients seen and treated as close to their allotted time as possible. Occasionally, the severity of a walk-in patient can push everything back, but I am not sure what occurred in your situation. I have passed your comments to our clinic manager for her to review. This place was terrible. My two year old's finger got shut in the car door, and it looked bent. He was screaming, I thought it was broken and immediately took him to the closest place I knew of...this place is down the street from my house. I was seven months pregnant at the time. As we walked in, my son was still crying loudly from the pain. No one offered any kind of human compassion whatsoever. They were all extremely robotic, no one said a word to my son to make him feel better, no one even offered us an ice pack. ... read more
