I have visited this Immediate care twice now. The first time my husband had a broken toe. Let me start by saying that the nurse Desiree is the kindest, warmest nurse. She was so great to my kids and made us feel at ease. I cannot say enough about her. The doctor really took his time to think and ask questions and explain everything. This place was a godsend one morning when my husband woke up with conjunctivitis. We headed over there early when it opened. We met Dr. Singh, who was super nice. He thoroughly checked out his eye, making sure it was just minor and then gave him the needed drops to cure the problem. The whole process, start to finish, was maybe an hour and everyone was super professional. Glad to have a resource close to the house for these weird "one-off" medical issues that sometimes happen.
The physician's assistant I saw was VERY kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. All the office staff treated me with respect, and the facility was very clean and modern. I recommend this place for any urgent health concerns when you aren't able to make it to a primary care.
broke my wrist and needed xrays and evaluation. was in room within half an hour. betty, both the receptionist and xray technician, was friendly, very helpful and just knew what she was doing. caryn, the physicians assistant was great and straight to the point plus really knows her stuff. her assistant was wonderful as well. for the same services that an emergency room would have provided, i received amazing service that i felt totally confident about and saved hours of time. highly reccomended!!!
I have visited this location on three separate occasions and been impressed each time. Their service is efficient, their staff is kind and engaging, and their medical professionals are very helpful. In comparison to a CVS Minute Clinic or other similar options I would prefer Physicians Immediate Care every time.
Dr Singh was fantastic. He took the time to understand my wife's ailment and went through medication history with us. He ended up recommending the exact medicine we needed, navigating through various med allergies. The whole experience was professional from the moment we walked in and met the receptionist. Highly recommend this immediate care center.
I have been here twice. Visit one was seemless. I filled out somw paperwork and gave the receptionist my instance info. A few minutes later I was called into the office by the nurse. She asked me a few questions. I was suffering from a fever, cough, headache, extreme fatigue, trouble breathing. All I can say is "this was one of the best Doctor's visit I have ever had. If I could give this medical staff 10 stars, I would. I was in and out in an hour. The staff was super nice. Doctor Singh was so eager to help and he even came back into the room to give more medical advice on how to heal my injury.. The Receptionist and Nurse get 2 thumbs up also.. They both were too nice!!
I came into Physicians Immediate Care not really expecting any help. I was experiencing extreme anxiety attacks due to a horrible medication I was prescribed for my Crohns Disease. I was at my lowest, feeling like no one wanted to either listen to me or touch me. The receptioinst made no guarantee but spoke to the doctor on call. He agreed to see me.
