1. Made appointment, got text reminders all day then sat there for nearly 40 minutes. 2. Was given wrong medication for what I was diagnosed with. 3. so i was feeling very sick, i showed up at 7:24 PM, waited up front for about a minute because the workers were just talking in the back, and when one of them approached (this hispanic girl with glasses), she asked if i had an appointment, i said no, she said after 7:20, we don't take anymore walk-ins. Location may close without warning and not give any options to still be seen anywhere today. I scheduled an appointment in advance, biked in the cold to get here, and they are closed without notice. If I had known I could have gone somewhere else. Now I don't have time to go somewhere else before the clinics close because other locations have long waits or have reached full capacity for the day.
WORST URGENT CARE EVER I got an appointment for 10:50 and did all the registrations online. When I went inside the receptionist barely gave me instructions and told me to check in online via text. I never received a text. Waited 30 min in my car. Tried calling and no one answered. I canceled my appointment and left. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
Front desk staff person is super rude. Also noticed her applauding another new front desk staff person who was getting trained for acting rude to a patient, saying the patient deserved it. The patient had language issues and it was not right for the front desk staff to treat her rudely because English is not her first language. Hope they put the "care" back into their job. Thankfully, the medical staff is nice and helpful and great with care and trying to help patients with their medical concerns.
My partner and I came in to get a covid test. We had to go to another location to get a return to work form so that way we won't be penalized. I work in the food industry and there are other procedures that must be taken before returning to work. She also told me to take it up with my job and there procedures. We had the worst medical experience ever here. My 2 year old just started daycare and is having a hard time adjusting. On day 3 she was hysterically crying for 20 minutes and threw up. She did it again the next day and they wanted a doctors note so we booked an appointment here. She had no fever and was acting normal with no other symptoms. We saw Victoria Wolfinger as the PA. If you don't have insurance stay as far away from this place as possible. One pays 160 upfront $40 for follow ups next thing you know you'll get $100 bill in the mail for medical services that aren't even described or why you got additional bill. Worst. No follow ups. Scam. I recommend Howard Brown. Should've never went to this place.
