I recently visited Physicians Immediate Care for a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had one terrible experience here and told myself to never come back and here I am again. I’m very curious about a practice they have here. My appointment is set for 730. I checked and saw that they had basically every single time slot open from 6 pm until close so I moved my time slot. When I arrived the receptionist said I’d still have to wait for my original time slot because they’re are 7 people ahead of me. Love this place! Every family member has been there more than once. Luckily they are 1/2 mile from home. They honor their appointment times. No waiting. Great doctors and staff. Never had a bad experience.
I had an appointment for this location at 12. I arrived 10 minutes early with all pre work already filled out. When I was checked in I wasn’t given an estimated time but I assumed because I had an appointment it would be reasonable. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes they called us into the room. From there my vitals weren’t taken until 130. This was just an overall frustrating experience. I wish there was more transparency.
I scheduled ( online)an appointment to be seen - availability of times was great - I arrived 10 mins early, the receptionist was courteous and efficient , then was seen by an pleasant assistant , tested with appropriate tests and then the Physician Assistant came to examine me and discuss result , plan of care. The entire process was efficient , professional and kind . I would highly recommend!
