I went here after slipping and falling on ice. After looking at a few reviews, I decided to come here for the first time. Got there at 8:03am and door was locked. I waited outside, and a young lady was walking in. I asked if they were open, and she responded, "Yes. I guess everyone's late today. I recently visited Physicians Immediate Care for a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff, which immediately set the tone for the visit. The nurse who took care of me was exceptional. I’ve had the misfortune of needing to go to urgent care a few times and every time I go to Physicians Immediate Care, I’m met with the nicest care team. The latest time, I broke some bones in my foot and everyone from the nurse, X-ray, and physicians assistant were amazing. My orthopedist remarked that their work on my temporary splint was one of the best they’ve seen! We’re all lucky that this office is in our neighborhood, and I won’t go anywhere else.
Came in late night in a frenzy. The doctor and nurse there were both outstanding. They made our scary situation more calming. Thank you to their team who was probably ready to leave since it was almost closing time. They truly were amazing.
I was taken care of within 5 mins of arrival at the facility. Site was clean with no problem of finding parking within steps to the door. I was greeted by the receptionist with a clear voice and signed in. I am hard of hearing and appreciate a clear voice. Within mins I was seen by the doctor followed .by the xray person. Both individuals were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in their their career. I was extremely happy with the care and outcome of my diagnosis.
