I went here after slipping and falling on ice. After looking at a few reviews, I decided to come here for the first time. Got there at 8:03am and door was locked. I waited outside, and a young lady was walking in. I asked if they were open, and she responded, "Yes. I guess everyone's late today. I recently visited Physicians Immediate Care for a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff, which immediately set the tone for the visit. The nurse who took care of me was exceptional. I was taken care of within 5 mins of arrival at the facility. Site was clean with no problem of finding parking within steps to the door. I was greeted by the receptionist with a clear voice and signed in. I am hard of hearing and appreciate a clear voice. Within mins I was seen by the doctor followed .by the xray person. Both individuals were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in their their career. I was extremely happy with the care and outcome of my diagnosis.

Check in was fast, doctors were nice, but the lady at the front desk was extremely cold/short/dismissive/not helpful. I'd go here again but definitely not a 5 star experience. They need to train their front desk people on hospitality.

I scheduled ( online)an appointment to be seen - availability of times was great - I arrived 10 mins early, the receptionist was courteous and efficient , then was seen by an pleasant assistant , tested with appropriate tests and then the Physician Assistant came to examine me and discuss result , plan of care. The entire process was efficient , professional and kind . I would highly recommend!
