Very expensive! 3 levels of pricing, depending on level of "care" starting at $165. All about making money and not caring for sick people. Symptoms I described were not accepted as credible by their "doctor"?/practitioner. I did not feel like they wanted to help, but I was told to see if I get better or come back. At another $165- I don't think so!
This place is a joke. It is not even a real Dr office. It is a place to hand out band aids. And tell you wait and things will get better. Completely waist of time and money never go to this place.
I've been physicians immediate care in the past, and have had OK experiences, which is why I am so upset about this last visit. I go in, pay my Co-pay upfront and they take me back to an exam room. Vitals taken, by health exam tech who tells me vitals good and no fever. then doctor (I think) comes in about 15 minutes later, feels my neck and walks out. Last time I saw the doctor... a different health tech comes in and swabs for strep and flu, and leaves. Another health tech comes in about 20 minutes later and says no st... read more
I decided to bring my son here for an illness based on the positive recommendation from a close friend. I should have known better and gone to our usual walk-in clinic. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! What's the point of having an online appointment program if you don't follow it what-so-ever??? I made an appointment for 6:00 p.m. I received an email and text that we needed to be there no later than 5:45, for our 6 p.m. appointment since we were new patients. We arrived at 5:40 p.m. and there was only 1 other person in the lobb... read more
I went in with ear pressure, sore throat, and a horrible cough that makes it hard to catch my breath. They prescribed me flonase and told me they would prescribe me a medication that "would not make me drowsy." I took the medication at night and noticed bad drowsiness the next morning. Turns out the medication label clearly states that it causes drowsiness and that you should be careful operating vehicles. I called back to see if there was something else they can give me, and they said to just get over the counter medicine a... read more
This is not the first time I went to Jefferson park physicians immediate care all my information should be their system The receptionist asked for identification care and she did not accept the driver's license. I showed here the second drivers license, she told me it is expired Actually they are the worst receptionist and nurse i ever meet. I were sick that I need to see a physician but did not allow me!!!
HIPPA. HIPPA. HIPPA. I was not happy that my whole medication prescribed to me and diagnosis was exposed for everyone to hear. To name a few my insurance info, my address, my phone number, even out of pocket expenses!!!! They need to have a cubicle or something to talk to the patient. This is all the Physicians Immediate Care. I thought it would be different here but I guess not. HIPPA VIOLATION TO THE MAX!
Rude and inexperienced staff gave me the run around with insurance and referral. Had a DA, not an actual doctor that was too quick to give me antibiotics. Worse experience at an urgent care ever! I will never suggest this place to anyone.
The five star I will give to the doctor who attended me and the wait time. I came here nearly out of my mind because I was told by the eye doctor to go to the ER because I was about to die. Dr. Hayes from Immediate Care was kind and calmed my fears. The wait time was minimal and he never rushed me out. He listened and he advised. While I am giving this place a 5 star rating, I would like to give the receptionist no stars. Why? She was condescending and had a little bit of an attitude. When someone comes into your fac... read more
