Had to wait close to two hours to have my son seen here. I understand that a lot of people are sick now, however don't list that you have appointments available if you are just going to place the appointment people with the walk ins. Also when you check in with an appointment they should be honest with how long the wait will be so you can make the best decision for your sick child. Will not be back to this chain of urgent cares ever again!
Lissette or linette with the sleeve tattoo that works at the desk is horrible and should not be working her I made a appointment yesterday for today at 155 and she said I was late and have to wait 11-22 minutes then why would I make a appointment?
The qualification of the doctor was so low - she could not give me any answer, except to send to more qualified colleagues. The appointment with the doctor was very short - no more than 2 minutes. She examined my problem and could not say anything. She didn't even try to be helpful. And that was it. After an hour and a half of waiting. It was just a primitive money-squeezing and outright sabotage. I think this doctor should be fired. I think that my money should be returned.
The care I received on my first visit was excellent. However, when i returned to have my stitches removed I had to deal with Flor. When I was checking in the receptionist asked me to fill out some paperwork. I said, "oh I filled this out already." Do not waste your time and money at this place. The staff is rude and if you expect to see an actual Doctor don't come here, at best you'll see a Physicians Assistant and rude X-Rays techs. I was given diagnoses by a doctor without ever being examined by this doctor. I requested to be given copies of my X-rays and the they said they were too busy, so I came back at later date first thing, and was handed a blank CD on which my X-rays were supposedly on. I am giving this place 2 stars for cleanliness and ease of getting seen. Twice now someone in my family has gone here and gotten shrugs and no help. Waste of time and money. Literally only go here if you like have a gash on your hand or something so simple that the dumbest doctor can handle it.
Attempted to make an appointment for covid 19, went online and went through the prompts, at to the place and was informed by the front desk to finish the online registration before walking in. I complied and then was promoted via text to enter a debit card, credit card number with all the security numbers on the card...through text. I Tried to get a Covid test and got jacked around badly at this facility. I made an appt on line and after filling out all the paperwork they said it wasnt put in correctly. They agreed to give me the 5-7 day test and told me to wait. As i waited in the car they called me again telling me they needed a credit card. I said i didnt have one with me. Made an appointment for noon. Didn't get seen until 12:57. "Flo" was extremely rude. Slammed the door in my face with an unprofessional "we're done here". They are disorganized and have no business in the medical field.
