First visit was fine. A serviceable job was done. Scheduled a second visit for. A week later. Was treated like a walk-in. 40 minute wait. Glad I scheduled so I could plan my day. A complete disappointment.

Wait time ridiculous. Said they had a trauma patient which I get is important. Said it would be a little wait. That was over an hour ago. Ridiculous. . Would think if they have a patient in that much trauma they would have sent that person to the ER. Receptionist said the trauma patient was in there for over two hours. What a joke. Don't go unless you have to.
Very frustrating experience. My insurance was having a glitch, it said I was uninsured. But I am 100% insured. So they would not see me without me paying in full. As though-I was uninsured. I was very frustrated by this. I won't be returning.
Let me start off by saying 90% of my experience here was pleasant. I was in and out which I like, there was no long wait and I didn't sit in the office for 2 hours waiting on the doctor after the nurse. Staff was friendly. My only concern was the doctor. He was very short and almost rude with me. He walked in, looked at my throat and ears (I have a sore throat) and walked right back out after telling me to wait for my strep test. Do not go to this facility unless it's truly an emergency and need medical attention. I went in for a strep throat and ended up with a $800 bill. Just to walk in the door was $180, the rapid test was $150 and then they did a throat culture, without my permission, which was $200. Then got the doctor's bill for $330. Truly unacceptable charges.
