This place suuucks to get any pre-employment stuff done. Made my appointment for 11am. Showed up at 1030 to check in. Waiting time is prolly 2 to 3 hours to be seen. I was next to be seen and there was 2 people after me, but they were taking before me... and they were walkins. It seems like you don't get called back unless you get up to the front desk to complain about how long you've been waiting and how much longer. I don't even want to give this place stars. Booked an appointment online at midnight as instructed. My appointment was confirmed. I called the office just to make sure. The lady told me they were busy due to accepting WALK-INS and to come at 7:49. 7:49? What kind of arbitrary appointment time is that? It's 11 minutes before they closed. I arrived at 7:30, checked-in as instructed and heard NOTHING for an entire hour. Nurses kept leaving the building and I asked one if I would get covid tested today. They made me wait in my car for 3 hours. My appointment was for 8 AM and I did not enter the building until 11 AM. Employees were busy talking to eachother and laughing while I sat in my car, unable to enter the building to inquire about my appointment. They are accepting walk-ins and pushing back appointments that people stayed up till MIDNIGHT to book.

Had a 1PM apt, was told to arrive 15 min early. I did that, checked in and heard absolutely nothing from the center for 2 hours. I called, tried to go to the door etc and nothing. When they finally called me at 3pm saying they could get me in, and i asked why they wouldn't warn customers that they were behind the lady on the phone started yelling at me that she doesn't have the time to reach out to customers and that they are busy. DONT GET COVID TESTING DONE HERE. Go anywhere else.

COVID test was scheduled for 2pm. Arrived 15 min early per their request. Was not called in until after 4pm. No communication whatsoever about them running behind. Called at 2:45pm to see the status and was told 20 more minutes. It was actually 1hr 15m later. Should have just done the drive thru by the premium outlet mall.

This place is SLOOOWWWW. Made an appointment at 9:30am for for next available appointment at 11:30am. Arrived 10 min early and had all paperwork filled out prior. Sat in lobby for 40 min before being called back. There was only 3 other people waiting. Did vitals and waited in room for over an hour. Left at 1:45pm for a simple ear ache. I get it they are busy with covid, but why make an appointment hours ahead online and wait 2 hours at arrival? Needs improvement. Staff was friendly.

Do NOT go to this Doctor John Koehler.I have a workers' comp claim that I have to see a doctor once a year, I had all the paper work with me. This Dr. Koehler wanted to charge me $250 just to see him. I told him this is worker's comp that I have been on for over 10 years and the government pays for the visit. He said I still have to pay the $250. This is illegal to charge the government full price for an appointment and charge me extra for it. I am reporting him to workmens' comp. My employer sent me here to get some blood work and a drug test. The lady who screened me for COVID before entering the door was very professional and nice. The ladies sitting at the desk were also polite with checking me in however, I waited a long time to be seen. I was the first one to get there and two other people needing the same thing came in after me yet somehow they called them before me. Super annoying.
