My employer sent me here to get some blood work and a drug test. The lady who screened me for COVID before entering the door was very professional and nice. The ladies sitting at the desk were also polite with checking me in however, I waited a long time to be seen. I was the first one to get there and two other people needing the same thing came in after me yet somehow they called them before me. Super annoying. I was sent here by my employer to do a drug screening. I don't know the area much and traffic was bad getting to this place. I waited outside, which was fine. The nurse checked me in and was filling out paperwork. She told me that I was almost ready to go in and I let out a little cough. She asked me covid questions, which is definitely okay! I waited 4 hours yesterday, much of that time in the blazing heat! I would still be there if I hadn't gone to the door twice to ask how much longer. They were calling my home phone number! Of course, no one was answering. Do you think that someone might have looked at the box that said "CELL PHONE" clearly written. No, they did not. And, no one really cared. I am 82 years old. Would go somewhere else and would not recommend.

I had called ahead about a quick blood test for an employer. The lady answering the phone was very helpful and pleasant. When I arrived there i had to wait about 20 minutes before anyone would speak to me. All the customers were lined up outside with no place to sit. Once checked in I had to wait some more. Once brought back into examine room for a simple blood test I had to wait some more. Then it took 3 different people to draw my blood. I had a 2:45 appointment, I gave the gentlemen at the front desk my information (insurance card and ID) and he never returned it to me. Instead, he processed someone else's information who was #3 on the wait list and called them in before me, even though I was supposed to be next up to go in. This is on top of being 15 minutes late as is. Never going back here, I recommend going to the Physicians Care in Hanover Park.

Go anywhere else if you can! If I could give less than 1 Star I would. First off the receptionist was so cold and rude. I always feel to work in the care industry you should have a certain level of compassion or kindness or at least act like you do. I had an appointment or a reserved space and I got there about 20 minutes before that. I didn't get in until about 30 minutes after my time. This facility is the farthest thing from an immediate care. IF YOU WANT TEST RESULTS IN A REALISTIC TIMEFRAME--DO NOT VISIT THIS IMMEDIATE CARE! I could have waited the weekend to see my primary care doctor and received the blood test results back in half the time. 8 days later and I still have heard nothing from the office. Staff also does not care for urgency when speaking with them over the phone. Apparently the staff does not know when their office manager is in the office either. Red flags! When coming in to get a vaccine, the tech almost gave me the wrong vaccine! I shared with her it was the wrong one. She looked at her chart again and confirmed, "it says here you're getting an MMR" despite me specifically asked for the Varicella vaccine. Once she administered the correct vaccine, she said I was all set. In my research, I read that it is recommended to get 2 doses. I asked her about this and she had to confirm with her boss. Never come here. I had an "appointment" and was told twice to arrive 15 minutes early. So, I did that and then waited for over an hour in the waiting room. Finally called back and the lady was super rude and has now left me waiting for a "provider" Shouldn't offer appointments that you will never honor
