When coming in to get a vaccine, the tech almost gave me the wrong vaccine! I shared with her it was the wrong one. She looked at her chart again and confirmed, "it says here you're getting an MMR" despite me specifically asked for the Varicella vaccine. Once she administered the correct vaccine, she said I was all set. In my research, I read that it is recommended to get 2 doses. I asked her about this and she had to confirm with her boss. Never come here. I had an "appointment" and was told twice to arrive 15 minutes early. So, I did that and then waited for over an hour in the waiting room. Finally called back and the lady was super rude and has now left me waiting for a "provider" Shouldn't offer appointments that you will never honor

This is my husband's 3rd visit here. He received care for bronchitis and after meds he still was not well. Called for another appointment and was given one at 4. They said we could arrive earlier which we did. Name was on the patient board and finally made it #1 and then it disappeared and he was never called. We asked twice and they said it was not there and this was after one hour. Couldn't explain why or how. At 4:20 they finally called him after we complained again. I had a scheduled appointment and still didn't see a Dr. after over an hour of waiting. There was no one else in the waiting room so it did not appear to be busy. I was placed and left in the treatment room with no communication. I wouldn't know about the quality of treatment since I walked out in frustration. A patient's time is just as valuable as the Doctor's time. Realize that patients likely have to take time off of work to accommodate the Doctor's schedule. This place is a joke!!! Showed up for an "appointment" for a physical and the receptionist told me I had to wait an hour and a half. I said for an appointment? She said "oh sorry thats for walk-in". Well then I still wait over an hour to be seen. Once seen, staff was decent. Beware of long wait times and rude receptionist.
The wait time is inexcusable. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am. I waited over an hour to be seen. It was for a pre-employment physical and drug test. Why have a scheduled appointment if you have to wait over an hour anyway? Avoid at all cost!!!

I have been to this place several times. The only thing good about it is that it's close to my house. THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW. No matter the day. Walk in or appt you will wait 2+ hours to see a doctor. It's ridiculous.

Unacceptable wait time given the number of other ppl waiting. Poor care, they do not verify information and since they input it incorrectly this caused issues with picking up RX. Front end staff are rude and do not belong in a patient care setting. Save yourself time and frustration, go to any of the other area facilities that are likely much better!

I was required to go here for a Pre-Employment Test. I have been working and training in the Medical field since 1984 and so yes, I do know how well or how poor the non-clinical staff are at their jobs. I was treated very badly by two females at the front desk. They were curt immediately, they were unprofessional, rude and explained nothing.
