Im here for a physical and drug test. I drank about a gallon of water before coming. It says first come first come first serve so I can early. I filled out my paperwork before everyone else in the lobby but they get to go before me. Im sitting here about to piss my pants. Don't advertise first come first serve if that's not the case I should have just made an appointment.
Deceptive. Called before I went to see if they could provide a service. Phone center told me they could. But they couldn't and referred me to the ER AND charged me a huge fee for the service. Billing department didn't care. Wouldn't escalate my call. If their employee told me they could do something they couldn't, and I went there specifically for that reason, and was then informed they couldn't do it, I shouldn't be billed. Why Physicians Immediate Care don't you CARE??
I went here after having a moderate allergic reaction to something I ate with symptoms that persisted for several days. My tongue had swollen up and blistered, and I had hives. I wasn't experiencing anything life threatening, so I didn't feel like it warranted a visit to the ER. We had an appointment for a 2:10pm sports physical for my son. It is 3:35pm and we are still sitting here waiting to be seen. This is a joke.
This place has te worst customer service, waiting for one hour for a Covid test it's not fair. I called two times to see how long it will take and they will push the time, at the end waiting after an hour I could not take it any longer, and I decided to cancel the appointment

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry for your long wait time. Unfortunately, the wait times at an urgent care, like Physicians Immediate Care, can occasionally be unpredictable. This is because of the nature of the service being provided. The severity of each patient’s sickness or injury differs, making some encounters longer than others and also forces the medical staff to triage patients based on their medical needs if we have a trauma patient that requires immediate attention.
I'm writing this review on behalf of a family member who was treated by, Kristina Schaefer, PA. She was cold, callous and dismissive of the extreme level of pain my brother was experiencing due to a work related injury. She implied that he was cheating the system and wanting time off work when he couldn't even breath properly, let alone work the next day. Went to this clinic and found the PA to be very kind, empathetic, attentive, and knowledgeable. However, my less than 5 star review is due to the technician that drew blood from my arm incorrectly and kept moving the needle around in my arm. This gentleman was surprisingly frustrated that he couldn't get blood out of my arm after he kept twirling the needle around and I was verbalizing my discomfort and finally asked that he stop.

My husband saw lesli frank and was raving about her! I decided to make an appointment and was told she was to be working the day my appointment was. We waited about 1.5 hours after my appointment time , when I finally got into a room I was told lesli was not in the office, which left me discouraged. I waited another 40 minutes in the room, where I was greeted by a very rude nurse practitioner who pretty much made me feel guilty for coming to the facility and "wasting" her time. Went in with a sore throat and an appointment. The doctor saw me 40 minutes after my appointment. She diagnosed an allergy and told me to buy Clariton. I did. Two days later went to my PCP. He diagnosed a severe inner ear infection, swollen lymph nodes, and possible staph. The visit to PIC was useless.
