I understand healthcare is stretched thin right now but why bother having appointment times when you run over an hour behind. Appointments take priority not walk in's. I waited over an hour and a half just to be allowed in the building for a rapid covid test to be told I needed to be wait another 40 minutes to be seen by a provider. MA did not check blood pressure correctly and just threw out a number as I watched the sphygmomanometer myself. Do not visit this facility. We waited 4 hours to finally get our Covid test and the staff is extremely unprofessional and just on their phones the entire time. I see that the business owners is making comments about dealing with heavy volume but the staff is just standing around on their phones. Place needs to be shut down. Would give zero stars if I could.

Made an appointment for my 94 yr old mother for a tb test and an ekg. I verified with 3 people at the Elgin location that the ekg test was available to her. I explained that it was required (along with numerous other tests) by a skilled care facility that we are trying to get my mom into. The first appointment went ok except for waiting 1 hour in the lobby to be seen WITH an appointment. I would have rated them higher but today when trying to call for test results I couldn't reach anyone. After a period of time on hold, they disconnect me. Had this problem 4 times this morning.

I made an appointment and wair d 45 minutes and then told I had to wait even longer. Receptionist left the desk for 30 minutes and no one was registering patients.

So I booked an appointment and wait out the 2 months to only have them cancel on me, once I made the 30 minute drive there. They then sent a follow up email blaming me for not confirming the appointment and were left speechless when I provide screen shots showing I responded to them. If you want to waste your sick time and receive zero help. This is the spot. No one deserves that sort of treatment. Especially if they are reaching out for help in the first place. there is a long wait and the front desk staff is not very informative. also, they are not catering. the wait time was 2 hours past my appointment time and they would not let me use the restroom. Very poor communication and customer service.

They seem competent at first, however when I asked for steroid or Cortizone they referred me to an over-the-counter nasonex. By the way Dr., nasonex is not over the counter it's prescription. Nasocourt is over the counter. Typical go in to get some relief from a doctor and they tell you they can't help you. Go to the pharmacy ($15)first and ask them. Far more helpful than these idiots in the doc box. $300 later.

Just revived a bill for a covid test i got in JANUARY for $382? Covid tests are free in Illinois under the coronavirus response act!? This is horrible to do to someone, especially because when I went it was my work making me, and I asked when I arrived SEVERAL times to make sure my test was free. They told me is was, never asked for my insurance or anything. This is horrible and they should be ashamed they are doing this to people.
