Very Easy to book an appointment with physicians immediate care. Services at the front desk was quick as well. Well organized facility. The Doctor explained my situation to my understanding and prescribed me pills to help my situation. I recommend physicians immediate care to everyone. I have no regrets at all. Took my wife to Physicians Immediate Care because she was suffering with what appeared to be a sinus infection for over two weeks. We didn't register online which would have saved a spot in line. So when we went up to the desk we were given the option to register online with our own phone or use their tablet. We opted to use their tablet. A week or so ago, I was in desperate need of care for an illness I was battling. I went to this urgent care and location and could not have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I entered the building to when I exited, everyone I encountered at this location treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I went in as a walk-in for a DOT exam. Yes, I had to wait awhile since I didn't have an appointment, but the receptionist was so nice. She would periodically ask if anyone wanted coffee, water, pretzels, ect while waiting. When it was my turn, the nurses were very attentive and friendly. The same for the doctor. She was thorough and took time to listen to me. When I was leaving, every staff I passed by Thanked me for my patience and wished me a good evening. It was a very pleasant experience.
