Yesterday during my visit I was seen by professional staff. They were polite, eager to help me. I was treated with respect and on a timely manner. I did not wait longer than expected. Once I was in the room everybody did their best to expedite my care. I am pleased with everyone that was involved with my care. I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
Very Easy to book an appointment with physicians immediate care. Services at the front desk was quick as well. Well organized facility. The Doctor explained my situation to my understanding and prescribed me pills to help my situation. I recommend physicians immediate care to everyone. I have no regrets at all. Although I had a long wait (what do you expect on a Saturday at 2pm though) I was very surprised by the professional/relaxed atmosphere of the clinic as a whole. Everyone that I had personal interactions with Was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and prompt with answers. I had a fantastic experience with WellCare! The staff was incredibly friendly and personable, making my daughter feel at ease during her injury. They were so compassionate, which really helped ease her stress. I was able to secure a same-day appointment, and we were in and out within the hour, which was a huge relief. Highly recommend WellCare for their exceptional care and efficiency!
Came in today with a family member. The A/C wasn't working. Every person that walked in- had to scan a qr code to register online- with a system that was NOT user friendly. The system was difficult to navigate for several people. The lady at the counter was absolutely USELESS. We will NEVER return there. The Medical Provider was GREAT, but the front desk person- nope.
