Took my wife to Physicians Immediate Care because she was suffering with what appeared to be a sinus infection for over two weeks. We didn't register online which would have saved a spot in line. So when we went up to the desk we were given the option to register online with our own phone or use their tablet. We opted to use their tablet. Highly recommend if you can't get into your primary or pediatrician for whatever reason. I took my 7 year old in here and was pleasantly surprised they had appoint availability when no other quick care around had any openings (tis the season!). The nursing staff is wonderful and the physician is very attentive and you can tell they are all passionate about helping and caring for the patients that come in to the best of their ability with what medical testing and equipment they have on site. Do not hesitate to come here!
I was treated so kind and compassionate. I felt absolutely cared for. My practitioners took the time to explain everything. I would absolutely hands down recommend visiting here if your needs don't require an E.R visit or is an emergency. Thank you all for taking good care of me. Merry Christmas!
Wait times were a little long but the staff was amazing. They were all kind, attentive to everyone’s needs. Served me an amazing cup of tea while I waited for the doctor and it was spot on! I didn’t feel rushed or pushed out of the door. Great Job!
It was so busy and people were getting upset about the wait time. All the staff were reassuring and remained friendly and professional. It was busy everywhere! Once we got in the doctor treated my mom quickly. She was so nice snd understanding of our issues. Would definitely go back here.
