Took my wife to Physicians Immediate Care because she was suffering with what appeared to be a sinus infection for over two weeks. We didn't register online which would have saved a spot in line. So when we went up to the desk we were given the option to register online with our own phone or use their tablet. We opted to use their tablet. I was treated so kind and compassionate. I felt absolutely cared for. My practitioners took the time to explain everything. I would absolutely hands down recommend visiting here if your needs don't require an E.R visit or is an emergency. Thank you all for taking good care of me. Merry Christmas!
Switched to Physicians several years ago because of the long wait at my normal quick care. Have continued to use Physicians Immediate since. Staff, from front desk, nurse practitioners, to the physicians are all very friendly and the wait isn't bad. Very professional
It was so busy and people were getting upset about the wait time. All the staff were reassuring and remained friendly and professional. It was busy everywhere! Once we got in the doctor treated my mom quickly. She was so nice snd understanding of our issues. Would definitely go back here.
The staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming and treat everyone with dignity and respect. The place is clean and organized. The doctor is very caring and make me feels comfortable and safe. They all are very efficient. God bless them all. Being in the Physicians Immediate Care twice, I feel very comfortable and safe with all the staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful.
