It would be more accurate if they called this place physicians gradual care, because they care for their patients gradually over the course of three hours. I had to wait so long for service that my rash almost healed itself. This is not the best urgent care in Joliet. Meridian medical associates is.

I went in after being sick for over a week with a cold. I told the Dr. my ear was hurting and I had sinus pressure. He didn't even look in my ears until after I told him my ear was hurting again! And he didn't even look or feel my sinuses . He then told me he didn't think I had the flu and then ordered a flu test? He then wrote a me a prescription for augmentation even though I am allergic to penicillin. I've been to other Physician Immediate care before and the Dr's are great but I will never come back to this one again.

I had to go to this facility for a job related injury, I waited an hour and a half until I was called, meanwhile at least three people that arrived after I did were called before me. I had to return the next day for a "recheck" and I asked Britney the very friendly receptionist why people were called before me that came after me, she said people that need drug screenings or test results are taken before other patients.
