Place is horrible. Appointment at 9:30 and have been sitting around for an hour and 10 minutes. Nobody knows what's going on. Go to Houbolt location if you want to get in and out.
When I arrived they told me a hour wait. After waiting an hour and a half my wait time is now 30 minutes. This place is a joke. Not quick or immediate in any way shape or form
Better of going to st. Joe's hospital. The 2 receptionist at 830a on tues oct 23 were so rude I don't know how they have a job. The first one had an attitude and I had to keep repeating myself. She then was looking around and then asked the other girl if they took my insurance. The other girl was rude the way she said no and the first girl was very rude saying it too. I showed up there with a fever, severe congestion, body aches, extreme sinus pain and pressure in my head. They tested for flu which was neg. After 2 hours they sent me home and said to buy some Zyrtec and also told me a few other super obvious things that we ALL already know, such as drink water and get rest. I felt the PA was not listening to me when I told her I have a sinus infection. In fact I've there before and each time it was for a sinus infection. Worst place u could go unless u have money to give away from nurse with attitude to dr that must have got degree from another country they do not care except glad to take your money avoid dr named Kevin at all costs will give u a medication that is addictive but not something that is not good luck
Not immediate whatsoever. Don't bother getting to your appointment early. Each time I've been here I have had a 45 minute wait past my scheduled appointment time. Such a joke.

We do try to get patients that reserved their time seen and treated as close to their allotted time as possible, but the wait times can occasionally be unpredictable as the severity of each patient's sickness or injury differs making some encounters longer than others. We do apologize, and we are always looking for ways to improve wait times.
I want to like this location and the desk staff is always helpful and friendly. But the few times I've had to come here I have had a very mediocre experience. And it's because I always leave not being heard and still having the same problem I came in with. I was here suffering from foot pain and the doctor once she saw i had flat feet really didn't listen to anything I had to say. If I could give a 0 I would. I came here back in September for an urgent care situation as I was in town for a weekend visit. The staff was helpful, I was treated, but told to come back the next day for a follow up. They made it seem that it was very important for me to come back for that follow up, so I did. Little did I know that I would be billed an additional $100 copay for that follow-up. I saw a doctor for a total of 2 minutes. I can guarantee, he was not worth $50 per minute. It would be more accurate if they called this place physicians gradual care, because they care for their patients gradually over the course of three hours. I had to wait so long for service that my rash almost healed itself. This is not the best urgent care in Joliet. Meridian medical associates is.
