I would highly highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this place. It is by far the most unprofessional phone staff I have ever worked with. I say phone staff because due to COVID, that's the only way to speak with anyone. They don't let any patients in the building. During my visit I waited over 2 hours in my car to get a Covid screening done outside. That wasn't the issue. The staff that day was nice. They told me I'd have my results within 5 days. They said they usually return in 3 days but have to quote up to 5. Today, as of ... read more

Awful waiting time... my father had an appointment for 11:30 am and we waited more than 45 minutes to be called in. What's the point of having an appointment option if the doctor cannot see patients within a reasonable time. I will never use this service again, neither should you!

Place is horrible. Appointment at 9:30 and have been sitting around for an hour and 10 minutes. Nobody knows what's going on. Go to Houbolt location if you want to get in and out.
When I arrived they told me a hour wait. After waiting an hour and a half my wait time is now 30 minutes. This place is a joke. Not quick or immediate in any way shape or form
Better of going to st. Joe's hospital. The 2 receptionist at 830a on tues oct 23 were so rude I don't know how they have a job. The first one had an attitude and I had to keep repeating myself. She then was looking around and then asked the other girl if they took my insurance. The other girl was rude the way she said no and the first girl was very rude saying it too. St. Joe's was great taking care of my 5 yr old. I wouldn't go here if this was the only medical place opened. I would rather have someone off the street treat ... read more

I showed up there with a fever, severe congestion, body aches, extreme sinus pain and pressure in my head. They tested for flu which was neg. After 2 hours they sent me home and said to buy some Zyrtec and also told me a few other super obvious things that we ALL already know, such as drink water and get rest. I felt the PA was not listening to me when I told her I have a sinus infection. In fact I've there before and each time it was for a sinus infection. Worst place u could go unless u have money to give away from nurse with attitude to dr that must have got degree from another country they do not care except glad to take your money avoid dr named Kevin at all costs will give u a medication that is addictive but not something that is not good luck
Not immediate whatsoever. Don't bother getting to your appointment early. Each time I've been here I have had a 45 minute wait past my scheduled appointment time. Such a joke.

We do try to get patients that reserved their time seen and treated as close to their allotted time as possible, but the wait times can occasionally be unpredictable as the severity of each patient's sickness or injury differs making some encounters longer than others. We do apologize, and we are always looking for ways to improve wait times.
I want to like this location and the desk staff is always helpful and friendly. But the few times I've had to come here I have had a very mediocre experience. And it's because I always leave not being heard and still having the same problem I came in with. I was here suffering from foot pain and the doctor once she saw i had flat feet really didn't listen to anything I had to say.
