Nothing immediate about this place. The website is a nightmare to navigate, when trying to reschedule for an earlier time it's impossible to do, when I called to reschedule I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer, and when I showed up to the clinic I still had to wait over an hour and a half! Useless staff in the front desk just watching over patients while the hours pass.

this place is horrible. I've waited here e for a hour and watched like 3 people leave and still no call back. I've watched people go in before me that just walked in. I've been waiting here since 1:11 and it's 2:40 I'm thinking of just leaving at this point because I know that the here's gonna be no help in this situation. Horrible place. Make an appointment for 11:30 and get told it's gonna be a longer wait 45 minutes after my appointment. The parking lot is literally empty and they took someone before me that just showed up with no appointment. Place is joke. Nothing quick about this place.
Bad experience! Nothing immediate about this place. They make you use your phone to login to their wifi and enter all your info while you are sick. I walked out and my primary care physician got me in same day 2 hours later. Smooth process. Not not put yourself through the misery!
DO NOT GO HERE, BILLING NIGHTMARE!!!! Service at the facility was fantastic for my son's broken arm, unfortunately billing is a nightmare. Insurance paid the bill right away, Physicians Immediate Care claims they have not received payment and they will not assist in resolving the issue. The call center refuses to call the insurance company directly or do a conference call with me on the line. If you have medicaid they do not accept it. The front desk worker was completely ignorant by the way she just kept on with whatever person she was on the phone with and spoke to me like I was the hired help. I will never go back there again. This is the 2nd time this place has made me feel insignificant
Zero stars, for sure. My mother came because she fell and was in pain. It took 2 hours for her to be seen, even after they told her the situation. Then they had her taken by ambulance to St Joe's Hospital (which would suggest urgency) and she waited in that waiting room for 5 hours. This is a money making scheme from beginning to end.
Waited 3 hours to be seen. 2 hours in waiting room and 1 hour in exam room. Please find a different urgent care
I had to come in here to be seen my someone. However they didn't tell me they don't submit it to my insurance company at the beginning when I was first scene. I called today to find out about the $716 bill I had, wasn't submitted to my insurance. When I called today the guy didn't know what he was talking about and very comprehend.
