Could not be a worse florist in omaha. They managed to mess up every part of my sisters order for her wedding. Bouquets were nothing like what they had discussed. We were suppose to receive four decorative flower balls for the card table, instead we received two vases with loose flowers in them. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They took no responsibility for their poor work. When I spoke with a women on phone she refused to make changes to my sisters bouquet and told me they were out of flowers to add to it. The best thing that can be said about my out of state order is it smells good. The delivery person dumped the order on the porch, no wrapping on the arrangement to protect it from the heat and the sun. It was knocked over, water gone, the flowers wilted and stargazer lilies were turning brown when my daughter arrived home. I was told Piccolo's would call her cell phone before delivery.
