I send Piccolos flowers to my parents in Omaha all the time. They are always on time with their delivery and the flowers are high quality. They are fresh and last longer than other arrangements I've ordered from other locations. I am a customer for life!

My original valentine's flowers died after 3 days...I called them and they sent a replacement order the next day. They are beautiful. Thanks for the great customer service and response to an unfortunate incident. Mistakes happen and maybe sometimes things are beyond their control. But if they make an effort to make it good, that's worth a lot. I believe they went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called the store to get an idea of pricing for my wedding, and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. After answering the phone, I gave her my name and said I have a few questions. She immediately fired back with a snappy, “um who is this?” I was slightly taken aback by the abrasive tone, but answered politely with my name again and told her why I was calling. I'm beyond disappointed about the flowers I purchased for my sister for her birthday. I ordered Purple in Paris because she loves purple. I get that some substitutions MIGHT be made BUT at least stick with the color scheme. You could've reached out to me and let me know and I would've found someone that could've done it correctly. Not to mention the flowers she received looked sloppy and something I could've put together. Extremely disappointing considering the amount I paid.

I got my mother a bouquet for Mother's Day and it was delivered with a broken vase! Even though the vase was clearly broken, the delivery staff didn't mention anything about it. The bouquet was beautiful, but beautiful flowers are the last thing you care about when you slice open your hand... I would have loved to contact Piccolo's about this directly, but I couldn't find any link for sending feedback or even an email address on their website. I feel like I have no choice but to post it on Facebook.

I had request a flower delivery via the Piccolos website fo a same day delivery. I had put in an additional not to deliver before 2:30pm. Shortly after placing the order, I called and spoke to a gentleman who stated that he couldn’t guarantee the delivery timeframe. He did say that for an additional $10, he could. Unfortunately, they did not meet the delivery commitment, and when I have requested a refund for the delivery fee, I have received no response. EXTREMELY disappointed. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. The photo shows the arrangement that my mom received today, which barely resembles the arrangement that I chose from Piccolo's website. Not only were there many differences in the arrangement that she received from the one pictured on their website, but several of the flowers in the arrangement were already dying when my mom received it. We just renewed our vows on November 14 and a friend thought we should have real flowers, she highly recommended Piccolo's. I originally went to the Dodge St location to get prices and spoke to a very helpful lady. When I went back a week later to order I was able to speak to the same young lady at the Maple location.
