The staff is easy to work with. Even when I call in on busy days, everything is handled professionally and they are delivered in a timely manner. Often quicker than I would anticipate. 5 star service.

Though there was a slight mix up with our arrangement I am very pleased. Piccolo's went above and beyond to right the issue, and very quickly at that. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and will definitely use this friendly florist again!
I had flowers delivered to my Mom on 2/17 for her birthday which was on 2/18/18. She sent me a picture of them (I live in Calif) and they were absolutely beautiful. The bouquet was a lot taller and wider than we expected and stunningly beautiful. She was extremely pleased with them and so were we. It is not the 1st time using your florist and won’t be the last.
