My favorite place to get flowers from in Omaha. They are always very polite, very reasonable prices and flowers look amazing while lasting a decent amount of time. I actually came here to get a flower for my now fiancé for our second date. They must have magic dust in their flowers.
Piccolo's Florist is a must stop in Omaha when I need flowers. Not only do I enjoy the arrangements that they send out for my wife, but I enjoy the staff very well. The manager Frank Piccolo is just so nice to work with. I always make sure to say hello to him if I stop in. The product is always well prepared and lasts for over 7 days. I live in Denver Colorado and order for my parents in Omaha several times a year. This flower shop is the very best of the best! They have always went above and beyond and knocked every bouquet out of the park for me. They have delivered to Sebastian's steakhouse and other points of interest for me! I wish that I could find a local flower shop in Denver that could present a "over the top" bouquet like Piccolo's. When I need a florist, it's usually because I'm out of town and need to order something online... Piccolo's really does their online business right. They send you notifications when your order has been delivered, they give you a better arrangement if what you ordered isn't available at that moment, and they don't bill you until the flowers have been received. It would be really easy for a service-based company to take advantage of online customers, but Piccolo's does great work and has earned my long-term business.
I've used Piccolo's for a little over a year now after I originally stopped in for their Cash&Carry rose specials. I pick up a dozen or two a month, today they had them for only $5.99!! I've also sent flowers to a few family members, which have all turned out great. They have a lot of unique arrangements and a lot to choose from on their website. I was also told that now they can even send you a pic of the flowers to your email before they are delivered.
They have the most beautiful wedding roses! They have a big selection of all kinds of different flowers too. The staff is also very knowledgeable about their stuff!
Buyer Beware. I ordered flowers for my son's girlfriend who lives out of state via DoorDash. I paid extra for a birthday balloon that was not included in the order. As I was not there to receive the item and didn't have a high resolution photo as proof, I was not able to submit for an item refund on DoorDash. I then called the florist directly who was rude and dismissive. Update to previous review: Beware of ordering from this florist!! I ordered a "Deluxe" orchid and received ONE orchid for $124!!!! The same one I can get at TJs for $19. I called and she said because it was a "double stemmed orchid" it was indeed $124.00. Shocking!!
