We've been seeing Dr. Lossman at Pima North since we got our dachshund and we couldn't be happier! She's thorough, attentive, patient, and my animals love her! It's absolutely evident that she cares deeply about each of her patients as if they were her own. She performed our dogs neuter and it was flawless. She checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed and he healed flawlessly. Highly recommend her and the kind staff at Pima North!
We absolutely love Dr. Lossman! She's been amazing with both of our dogs. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Our dogs absolutely love her. The staff is always friendly and helpful too. We couldn't imagine taking our pups anywhere else. Dr. Lossman is the best!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Lossman & her team! We moved from Huntington Beach CA to Scottsdale a little over a year ago & were stressed about finding a new vet for our two old dogs. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Lossman at Pima North. I really enjoy coming here. I signed up for the in-house insurance , PawPlans, for my 12 year old chocolate lab. This program has helped me tremendously with the cost of vet care and makes me feel like a responsible dog mom. Our vet is Dr.Taetle ( I think I misspelled his name) and he's great! He takes his time to address my concerns and helps put me at ease. He's well educated and has bed side manners. I like this place because it is open on Saturdays. Our pup has been going here since she was about 11 weeks old. Dr. Bonnie Walker is her primary vet and Dr. Walker receives 10 stars from us every single time; there is not one thing we have ever taken issue with when Dr. Walker has our dog in her care. Recently we had our first 'bump in the road', & that was disappointing. It was not Dr. Walker's fault. Our pup has been plagued with ear infections due to her breed having big floppy ears. The veterinarian we used from the time of our dogs birth retired, so our first visit to Pima North was with a sick 14 year old dog and vet we'd never met! We had 2 visits and the vet was amazing ~ very knowledgeable, but gently honest that we were facing difficulties ahead and prepared us thoroughly for what to expect. I have been taking my furry cat babies to Dr. Taetle for almost 10 years. He is a wonderful vet. The office staff is super friendly. They always go above and beyond for my cats. I highly recommend Dr. Taetle.
