Excellent team all around, from the receptionist thru and including the doctors. They are patient in explaining things, they talk thru treatment options and work with you to find a solution that works best (obviously, no one knows your dog as well as you do!). The PAWS plan provides a tidy savings and makes a lot of sense if you have a senior pup, which tends to need a little more help feeling good as they age. I was new to the North Scottsdale area, and was looking for a boarding facility that also handles vet and grooming services. Pima North was great! We boarded our GSD for five days. My dog returned happy and energetic, and gave lots of love to his caretaker before we said goodbye. I was nervous about boarding at a facility that I did not know because of all the horror stories you read on the internet of dogs being injured, sick, or neglected while be boarded. We tried this place because our usual place was full. What a pleasant surprise - all of their staff was so friendly and loving to our dog. It seems like they hire people who truly love the pets. We felt very comfortable leaving him here and he also came back home to us happy and healthy. We will be boarding here from now on!

Dr. Andrea and Dr. Walker (the Vets my pets have seen) and the staff are FANTASTIC! To the last person, they are caring, conscientious and helpful. Every time I call, the person answering the phone is courteous and helpful. If I have brought one of my kitties in because of a problem or illness, they always check back with me on how the kitty is doing! It is also important to mention that their office and their exam rooms are always impeccably clean and smell fresh! They are cleaned between each examination.

I was a previous client of Pima North Animal Hospital with my 2 Maltese - Honey and Bijou. Dr Schaar was my primary vet and then Dr Andrea. I was very pleased with their care and special attention when my small pets passed. I like Linda for grooming. I like Valerie who is in boarding and some of the office staff remember my Honey and Bijou too. I have also known Dr Walker for many years. Candy, office manager, is very kind and knowledgeable. We just moved here from Michigan. We have 4, yes 4 furry kids (3 rotties and a goldendoodle) and I only have one here with me right now while the other 3 will be on their way. Lets just say Zane, our curious and youngest rottie hasn't learned his lesson yet with all the wonderful cacti in our yard, which is 5 acres fenced in and landscaped, saying that because there ARE several. I have been taking my 12-year-old dog to Pima North since he was a puppy and have never had a poor experience. Recently, our dog experienced a serious illness and the staff bent over backwards to take care of him on a holiday weekend--we were there on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Boarded my cocker spaniel there for the first time last weekend and I was very happy with the experience. I've never had to board him before so I wasn't sure how it would go. He was clean and happy when I picked him up. We will definitely be back and I would recommend their service highly.
