I know their staff are going to have a laugh (talk s***) when they see this review (because they did on my dog’s records, saying I was impolite/disrespectful/etc when all of my phone calls are recorded and i was NEVER disrespectful to any of their staff) I took my 10 month old bully there for PennHIP. It’s only THEIR clinic based on my experience with other health testing vets, that force you to come in and pay $80/dog for a “consult” appointment to make sure your dog is healthy for... read more
RecommendedDisgusting and unprofessional. My sisters once healthy dog is now limping and has been limping for months after visiting for a penn hip radiograph- which wasn’t even taken correctly anyway. If you care about the way your dog is treated DO NOT take them here.

If you are on a tight deadline (moving internationally) forget it. Find someone else.
The vet charged more than double what they quoted me on the phone. I told them we only wanted one shot, she doesn't need any other tests, but they did them anyway - without my permission and after my explicit "no". I left with a $1000 bill, including those tests and the double visit charge when all I went in for was one specific shot. Completely untrustworthy.
